1. Q: What kind of products your factory can produce?
A: We can produce all kinds of injection plastic products according to your drawings or your samples.
2. Q: How many injection machines your factory has? And how big product you can produce?
A: We have 8 injection machines, from 80T to 650T. And the biggest parts we can produce is depends on the shapes, about 1.7kgs.
3. Q: How many days for the lead times of the toolings and how many days for products?
A: It all depends on the structures of the products, and according to customers' requirements, we mainly can finish the toolings and testing within 30 days. For the products lead time, it depends on the quantity you purchase, mainly about 10 days for 5000pcs products.
4. Q: Whether your factory offer OEM and ODM serivce?
A: Yes, we do both OEM and ODM.
5. Q: Do you offer the samples of your own products?
A: For our own products, we can offer customers the samples for free, in order to set up the mutually profitable cooperation, our customers share the cost by paying the postage, express. Thank you.
6. Q: What information I need to offer you to get the quotation?
A: For a quotation, we need customers offer us the drawings or samples, the material for the products, (If you don't know what material it is, please tell us your requirements, then we can help you to choose raw material according to your requirements), the weights, quantity, and if you have special packing requirements, please tell us too.
